About the offer

An international company specializing in air, sea, land, and rail freight forwarding, as well as warehousing and goods distribution, is looking for warehouse workers to join its team in Wrocław.

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• receiving goods into the warehouse;
• packing finished products into cardboard boxes;
• stacking finished goods on pallets;
• performing quality and quantity checks;
• ensuring proper storage of goods.

Requirements

• manual skills;
• availability, accuracy, and reliability;
• physical strength;
• ability to work in a team;
• motivation to work.

Salary

Hourly rate: 25,36 PLN net, monthly 4260 – 6080 PLN net.

For students under 26: 31,40 PLN net/hour, monthly 5275 – 7530 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

Work in a 3-shift system, 8 hours per shift:

• Shift I: 7:00–15:00 or 3:00–15:00
• Shift II: 15:00–23:00 or 15:00–3:00
• Shift III: 23:00–7:00

Mandatory overtime and Saturday work 2–3 times per month. Sunday work 1–2 times per month.

Accommodation

Comfortable, fully equipped accommodation provided (2–4 person rooms). Cost: 750 PLN/month, deducted from salary. A refundable deposit of 200 PLN, returned after the first paycheck.

Well-developed public transport and infrastructure nearby. Free transport to work provided.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up:

• medical examination and sanitary certificate paid by the company.
