A large logistics complex in Wrocław is looking for forklift operators to join their team.
Type of сontract
- Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.
Job Description
- operating a forklift (UDT license required);
- vehicle maintenance;
- loading and unloading goods;
- moving materials, equipment, and other items within the warehouse;
- organizing own work;
- storing and properly maintaining warehouse inventory.
Requirements
- manual dexterity;
- availability, precision, and reliability;
- ability to work in a team;
- motivation to work;
- minimum vocational education (secondary preferred);
- completed course for electric, gas, and diesel forklifts (UDT license);
- completed course on safe operation and gas cylinder replacement in forklifts;
- knowledge of forklift safety procedures and proper handling.
Salary
Hourly rate: 28,26 PLN net, monthly 4740 – 7060 PLN net.
For students under 26: 35 PLN net/hour, monthly 5880 – 8750 PLN net.
Salary is paid in a single payment.
Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*
Work schedule
12-hour shifts, rotation system: 2 days day shift / 2 days night shift / 4 days off.
- Shift I: 7:00 – 19:00
- Shift II: 19:00 – 7:00
Possibility of working on days off.
Accommodation
Comfortable, fully equipped accommodation with 2–4 person rooms provided. Cost: 750 PLN/month, deducted from salary. Deposit of 200 PLN refunded after first month of work.
Public transport and infrastructure well-developed nearby. Free transport to work provided.
Documents and Legalisation
- Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
- Free preparation of employment documents.
Workwear and medical check-up:
- Medical examination and occupational health costs covered by the employer.
