A global logistics company, one of the largest operators in industries such as electronics, manufacturing, construction, fashion, and energy, is looking for Forklift Operators to join its logistics team in Wrocław.

- Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.
Job Description
- operating industrial forklifts;
- driving and maintaining forklifts, including battery replacement;
- loading and unloading goods;
- transporting materials, equipment, and other products;
- proper storage and organization of warehouse stock;
- maintaining warehouse documentation.
Requirements
- manual dexterity and physical fitness;
- responsibility, precision, and reliability;
- teamwork skills and motivation for intensive work;
- at least 6 months of experience operating forklifts;
- minimum vocational education (secondary preferred);
- valid UDT certificate for electric forklifts;
- knowledge of safe forklift operation, including gas cylinder replacement.
Salary
Hourly rate: 28,26 PLN net, monthly 4740 – 6200 PLN net.
For students under 26: 35 PLN net/hour, monthly 5880 – 7700 PLN net.
Salary is paid in a single payment.
Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*
Work schedule
Two-shift system (180–220 hours/month):
- 1st shift: 7:00 – 15:00
- 2nd shift: 15:00 – 23:00
Work also available on weekends (2–3 Saturdays and 1–2 Sundays per month). Overtime possible.
Accommodation
Fully equipped hostel accommodation (2–4 person rooms). Cost: 750 PLN/month, deducted from salary. Deposit: 200 PLN, refunded after the first paycheck.
Free transport provided from Wrocław, Świdnica, and Sobótka.
Documents and Legalisation
- Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
- Free preparation of employment documents.
Workwear and medical checks
- medical examinations covered by the employer.
