About the offer

A European leader in the production of sofas and mattresses is looking for employees for its production line in Września.

Type of сontract

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description:

• assembly of furniture components according to technical documentation;
• completing components and preparing furniture for shipment or further assembly;
• following health and safety rules and maintaining order at the workstation.

Requirements:

• ability to operate basic carpentry tools and power tools;
• manual skills and precision in performing tasks;
• ability to read simple technical drawings (optional, if applicable);
• ability to work in a team;
• reliability and responsibility;
• experience in similar work.

Salary:

Hourly rate: 27.95 PLN net, monthly 4695 – 5590 PLN net.

For students under 26: 34.61 PLN net/hour, monthly 5800 – 6920 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule:

Work from Monday to Friday, 6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00. Possibility of work on Saturdays and Sundays. If production volume increases due to higher orders, night shifts may be introduced.

Accommodation:

Fully equipped accommodation provided in 3-person rooms. Cost: 650 PLN per month.

Documents and Legalisation:

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up:

• workwear provided;
• medical examinations and health & safety training – free of charge.
