An international logistics company offering a wide range of logistics services is looking for warehouse workers to join its facility in Września.

Type of сontract

  • Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

  • performing warehouse operations such as unloading, receiving, loading, and storing goods;
  • preparing orders according to production and internal requests;
  • ensuring proper storage, handling, and quality control of goods;
  • operating a scanner and reading warehouse labels accurately;
  • picking and packing orders;
  • internal transport of goods within the warehouse;
  • securing goods against damage;
  • maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation.

Requirements

  • accuracy and reliability in performing duties;
  • UDT forklift licence not required (free course provided – participation mandatory);
  • willingness to learn and complete the training;
  • warehouse experience and scanner operation skills are an advantage;
  • category B driving licence preferred;
  • readiness to work in a two-shift system.

Salary

Hourly rate: 26,42 PLN net, monthly 4430 – 5280 PLN net.

For students under 26: 32,50 PLN net/hour, monthly 5460 – 6500 PLN net.

Bonuses – up to 400 PLN/month:

  • Attendance bonus (up to 300 PLN): full attendance required; absences (including sick leave or family care) disqualify from the bonus.
  • Quality bonus (up to 100 PLN): awarded based on supervisor evaluation:
    • 0–1 error: 100% bonus
    • 2 errors: 75%
    • 3 errors: 50%
    • 4+ errors: no bonus
  • Bonus not granted if damages exceeding 200 PLN occur.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

Two-shift system, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays by arrangement):

  • 1st shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • 2nd shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Breaks:

  • 1st shift: 9:00–9:20, 11:50–12:00 + 15-minute break after 8 hours of work.
  • 2nd shift: 21:00–21:20, 23:50–24:00 + 15-minute break after 8 hours of work.

Every Wednesday (9:20–9:50) a team meeting is held – included in working time.

Accommodation

Fully equipped accommodation near the workplace provided. Monthly cost: 500 PLN.

Documents and Legalisation

  • Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
  • Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up:

  • Free workwear provided. If the employee fails to return company property (clothes, locker keys, passes, forklift cards) within 10 working days after termination, a contractual penalty of up to 600 PLN applies.

Additional information

  • smoking allowed only in designated areas and during breaks;
  • canteen equipped with fridges, kettles, microwaves, and small lockers for personal items.
  • UDT training cost: 306.81 PLN (deducted only if employment ends before 6 months).
