A manufacturer of upholstered bedroom furniture is looking for an Upholsterer for its production facility in Białystok.
Type of сontract
- Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.
Job Description
- upholstering furniture;
- assembling upholstered furniture components;
- preparing production components;
- performing quality control of finished elements;
- operating upholstery tools.
Requirements
- previous experience as an upholsterer or in furniture upholstery/furniture manufacturing;
- communicative knowledge of English or Russian;
- accuracy, responsibility, and ability to work independently;
- ability to meet deadlines;
- teamwork skills;
- manual dexterity;
- good organizational skills;
- ability to work according to instructions and quality standards;
- ability to operate upholstery tools.
Salary
Hourly rate: 30.20 PLN net. Monthly salary: 5070 – 5130 PLN net.
For students under 26: 37.38 PLN net/hour, monthly 6270 – 6350 PLN net.
Salary is paid in a single payment.
Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*
Work schedule
Work in a 2-shift system from Monday to Friday:
- 6:00–14:00;
- 14:00–22:00.
Possible work on Saturdays (morning shift only).
Accommodation and transport
Accommodation provided in 2–4 person rooms. Cost: 750 PLN per month. Refundable deposit: 200 PLN.
Public transport to the workplace is available. Monthly transport pass: approximately 130 PLN.
Documents and Legalisation
- Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
- Free preparation of employment documents.
Workwear and medical check-up
- workwear provided (300 PLN charge only if the employee leaves before completing one month of work);
- medical examination provided (200 PLN charge only if the employee leaves before completing one month of work).
