Warehouse Worker – Bieruń

About the offer – Warehouse Worker

We are looking for warehouse staff for our logistics centre in Beruń (Silesian Voivodeship). This is a permanent position in the warehouse of a major international company with four branches in Poland.

Type of contract

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• picking customer orders;
• receiving deliveries;
• putting away goods in the warehouse;
• keeping the workplace tidy.

Working conditions

• Operates in three temperature zones: +20 °C, +7 °C and −18 °C.

Requirements

• honesty, conscientiousness, accuracy, independence;
• availability for 3-shift work, including night shifts;
• readiness to work in 3 temperature zones.

Work schedule

3 shifts of 8 hours (6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–6:00), work also on Saturdays 6:00–14:00, 3 breaks per shift (2 × 10 minutes and 20 minutes for lunch), 168–200 hours/month.

Salary

Hourly rate: 26,65 PLN net. Monthly 4477,20 – 5330 PLN net.

For students under 26 (gross = net): 33 PLN/hour, monthly 5544 – 6600 PLN.

Rate for students under 26 enrolled in the studiujepracuje.pl program: 36 PLN/hour, 6048 – 7200 PLN/month.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*.

Accommodation

Accommodation in Bieruń in 4-person rooms. Cost: 750 PLN per monthplus utilities. A refundable deposit of PLN 200 is payable upon moving in and will be returned at the end of employment.

Documents and legalization

• Assistance with legalization (residence cards, etc.).
• We prepare employment documents free of charge.

Workwear and medical examinations

• Assistance in obtaining a sanitary health book, including covering its cost.
• Safety workwear (BHP) is provided by the employer.
