CNC Machine Operator (No Experience Required – Training Provided)

About the offer

A large company specializing in metal and plastic processing is looking for CNC machine operators to join its modern production plant in Gdańsk. The company offers a wide range of services, including turning, milling, drilling, and cutting on state-of-the-art CNC machines.

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• operating CNC machines;
• performing auxiliary production tasks: inserting details into the machine, entering parameters into the computer, making adjustments, removing metal parts (3–8 kg) and placing them into boxes;
• maintaining the workstation, machines, and production area according to 5S standards.

Working conditions

• initial training lasts up to 2 months;
• after the 8th shift, the employee works independently.

Requirements

• commitment and reliability;
• teamwork skills;
• willingness to learn new skills;
• readiness to work in a shift system;
• CNC experience is welcome but not required;
• good eyesight.

Salary

Hourly rate: 25.37 PLN net, monthly 44260 – 6080 PLN net.

For students under 26: 31.42 PLN net/hour, monthly 5280 – 7540 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Two-shift system (2/2 rotation):

• 1st shift: 6:00 – 18:00
• 2nd shift: 18:00 – 6:00
• rotation: 2 day shifts → 2 days off → 2 night shifts

Accommodation and transport

Fully equipped accommodation in Gdynia, in 2-person rooms. Cost: 650 PLN/month (deducted from salary). Refundable deposit: 200 PLN (returned after the first paycheck).

Shops and public transport nearby (~800 m). Commute to the plant: ~30 minutes total (train from Karwiny to Port Lotniczy + short walk).

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up:

• work clothes and safety shoes provided (150 PLN deducted from first salary);
• medical examination cost 200 PLN (deducted from first salary).
