Job Description

• preparing meals in accordance with recipes and quality standards;
• organising and maintaining your workstation and kitchen equipment;
• checking the quality and freshness of ingredients, reporting irregularities, and ensuring proper storage;
• maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen;
• ensuring safety and hygiene at work;
• cooperating with other kitchen team members;
• contributing to menu creation;
• preparing take-away and à la carte meals;
• preparing desserts and beverages.

Requirements

• knowledge of culinary techniques and equipment operation;
• teamwork skills;
• independence, responsibility, creativity, and attention to hygiene and order;
• knowledge of HACCP standards;
• familiarity with recipes, cooking methods, and ingredients;
• ability to develop new dishes and menus;
• understanding of nutritional and caloric values of meals;
• ability to work under time pressure;
• knowledge of food storage methods;
• good hygiene habits;
• valid sanitary-epidemiological certificate

Salary

Hourly rate: 27.94 PLN net, monthly 4690–6980 PLN net.

For students under 26: 34.60 PLN/hour, monthly 5800 – 8650 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

Two-shift system with a rotational schedule, 5–7 days per week (depending on preference), between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Individual schedules can be arranged directly with the Head Chef.

Accommodation

Comfortable, fully equipped accommodation provided with 2–3 person rooms. Monthly cost: 650 PLN. A refundable deposit of 200 PLN is required.

The hotel is located within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up

• partial work clothing provided by the hotel;
• valid sanitary booklet required (assistance provided in obtaining it).

Additional information

• free meals at the hotel (breakfast and lunch);
• employees must have their own comfortable shoes, trousers, and bedding.
