An international logistics company is looking for forklift operators for its warehouse in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska.

Type of сontract

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• operating and driving forklifts;
• technical inspection of the forklift before work (inspection checklist);
• reporting forklift malfunctions and complying with warehouse traffic rules;
• loading/unloading trucks and verifying goods against documentation;
• storing goods according to assortment division and pallet dimensions;
• order picking;
• inventory of warehouse assortment;
• cleaning containers after unloading (sweeping);
• disposal of pallets unfit for use (i.e. pallets that cannot be repaired).

Requirements

• manual skills;
• availability, accuracy, and reliability;
• ability to work in a team;
• motivation to work;
• experience operating Reach Truck forklifts (side loader);
• vocational or secondary education;
• UDT license;
• knowledge of safe forklift handling, including gas bottle replacement, etc.

Salary

Hourly rate: 28,26 PLN net, monthly 4740 – 6780 PLN net.

For students under 26: 35 PLN net/hour, monthly 5880 – 8400 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Two-shift system, 12-hour shifts.

• 1st shift: 7:00 – 19:00
• 2nd shift: 19:00 – 7:00

Work system: 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, and 4 days off. Work on days off is possible.

Accommodation

Accommodation provided in fully furnished apartments with 2–4 person rooms. Monthly cost: 750 PLN. Deposit required: 200 PLN (refunded after the first salary).

Free transport to the workplace provided.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.
