About the offer

An international company specializing in air, sea, land, and rail freight forwarding, as well as warehousing and goods distribution, is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join its logistics operations in Wrocław / Nowa Wieś Wrocławska.

Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

receiving and issuing production materials;
assisting in the preparation of production materials;
monitoring warehouse stock levels;
assisting with warehouse operations;
preparing reports and summaries;
performing stock counts;
working with handheld scanners.

Requirements

motivation to work;
physical fitness;
accuracy and attention to detail;
basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
readiness to work in a shift system;
warehouse experience will be an advantage.

Salary

Hourly rate: 24.63 PLN net, monthly 4140 – 5910 PLN net.

For students under 26: 30.50 PLN net/hour, monthly 5125 – 7320 PLN net.

For employees with their own accommodation: +1 PLN/hour.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

Three-shift system:

Shift I: 7:00–15:00 or 3:00–15:00
Shift II: 15:00–23:00 or 15:00–3:00
Shift III: 23:00–7:00 (only in season)

Overtime required and work on Saturdays (1–2 times/month). Work on Sundays (1–2 times/month) possible.

Accommodation

Fully furnished and comfortable accommodation provided (2–4 person rooms). Cost: 550 PLN/month (deducted from salary). Deposit: 200 PLN, refunded after the first paycheck.

Free transport to work provided. Public transport and local infrastructure are well developed.
