International C+E Truck Driver

About the offer

A trucking service provider with extensive experience in freight transport is looking for C+E Truck Drivers for international routes, with the departure base located in Nowy Tomyśl.

• Employment contract – Umowa o pracę.

Job Description

• carrying out transport orders according to customer instructions and schedules;
• driving vehicles with a gross vehicle weight over 3.5 tonnes and operating the vehicle in accordance with regulations;
• complying with drivers' working time regulations and downloading driver card data on time;
• ensuring the safety of transported cargo and securing the vehicle properly;
• supervising and performing loading and unloading operations when required;
• using onboard telematics systems correctly;
• taking care of the assigned vehicle, its equipment, and maintaining cleanliness;
• submitting and settling transport documentation, including CMR documents, on time.

Working conditions

• the fleet consists of MAN, DAF, Volvo, and Iveco vehicles, operated for no more than four years;
• cabs are equipped with two sleeping berths, stationary air conditioning, independent heating, and a refrigerator.

Requirements

• category C+E driving licence;
• experience in international transport;
• valid professional qualification (Code 95);
• valid driver card;
• valid medical and psychological examinations;
• basic ADR certificate;
• experience in international transport across Western Europe or transport within Poland;
• valid passport and documents legalizing stay (visa or residence permit), as well as documents allowing legal employment in Poland.
• knowledge of English or Polish

Salary

From 510 to 580 PLN net per working day.

Monthly salary: 11,500 – 13,000 PLN net, depending on the number of working days and driving hours.

Daily rates:

• 350 PLN net per day for downtime, breaks, or driving up to 1.5 hours;
• 405 PLN net per day for driving between 1.5 and 7.5 hours;
• 455 PLN net per day for driving more than 7.5 hours.

Additional bonuses may apply:

• Summer bonus
  • 3,000 PLN – continuous work from mid-June to the end of September;
  • 2,500 PLN – continuous work from the beginning of July to mid-September;
  • 2,000 PLN – continuous work throughout July and August.
• Trainer bonus 500 PLN net per week for training less experienced drivers (usually 2-4 weeks, resulting in 1,000-2,000 PLN net per trainee).
• Performance bonuses awarded individually for exceptional commitment, emergency assistance, or extended working hours when required by operational needs.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 1500 PLN*

Work schedule

Work on international routes across Europe. Work schedules: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off; 3 weeks on/1 week off; or 6–8 weeks on/2 weeks off.

Accommodation and transport

Fully equipped accommodation in double rooms provided, along with transport to the workplace.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up

• Medical certificate required – assistance provided in obtaining it.

Additional information

• assistance with obtaining Code 95 qualification and driver card;
• company-owned fleet of modern trucks;
• average waiting time for the driver certificate is approximately two weeks;
• workwear and PPE (high-visibility vest, sweatshirt, trousers, S3 safety shoes, safety helmet, and protective glasses) are provided free of charge after three months of employment.
