About the offer

A leading fish processing company in Central Europe, providing services in the production of Baltic fish and Atlantic salmon, is looking for production workers – packers for its facility in Słupsk.

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• working on the production line;
• carrying out initial processing of raw material;
• sorting, filleting, gutting, packing, and preparing products for freezing;
• maintaining cleanliness and order in the assigned production area.

Requirements

• diligence and accuracy in performing duties;
• ability to work in a team;
• commitment, good work organization, and punctuality;
• willingness to work in shifts;
• valid sanitary-epidemiological booklet;
• experience in production and ability to operate production machinery are an advantage.

Salary

Hourly rate: 25,36 PLN net, monthly 4260 – 6840 PLN net.

For students under 26: 31,40 PLN net/hour, monthly 5275 – 8470 PLN net.

There is a possibility of receiving a bonus.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Work in a two- or three-shift system:

Three-shift system (30-minute break):

• 6:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00
• 22:00 – 6:00

Two-shift system (30-minute break + additional 30-minute break):

• 6:00 – 18:00
• 18:00 – 6:00

Accommodation and transport:

Not provided.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up

• work clothing and safety shoes provided;
• assistance with sanitary-epidemiological medical examination provided (cost covered by the agency).

Additional information

• designated smoking areas available on site; there is also a smoking room inside the facility; smoking is allowed only during breaks;
• the canteen is equipped with a kettle, microwave, fridge, vending machines with snacks, coffee, and tea.
