CNC machine operators (no experience required) wanted for a large company in Świebodzice specialising in metalworking, from single parts to complex industrial components.

Job Description
- operating CNC lathes, milling machines, or grinders in relevant departments;
- quality control of produced components;
- using measuring tools (micrometers, height gauges, etc.);
- reading technical drawings (surface roughness Ra, Rz, tolerances up to 1 micron);
- selecting tools and preparing machines;
- delivering parts to the quality control department;
- performing regular measurements.
Training: each candidate (with or without experience) is assigned a mentor for up to 3 months (depending on progress). The training includes operating CNC machines (Mazak, Iemca, etc.), using production tracking software, performing quality control, and measuring finished components.
Working conditions
- women typically work on small part production;
- performance standards depend on order type, machine, and part specification;
- quality control: first piece always inspected, then samples checked periodically (every few or 10 parts depending on order);
- some parts require inspection of each piece;
- management assigns workstations individually based on skills.
Requirements
- willingness to learn CNC machine operation (lathes, milling machines, grinders);
- vocational education;
- basic knowledge of technical drawings;
- basic ability to use measuring tools (e.g. caliper);
- accuracy, engagement, and reliability;
- previous CNC experience is welcome but not required.
Salary
Hourly rate: 25.15 – 29,07 PLN net, monthly 4220–5800 PLN net.
For students under 26: 31.14 – 35,90 PLN net/hour, monthly 5230–7180 PLN net.
Additional bonuses:
- 20% shift allowance for work in a 4-shift (equivalent) system;
- performance bonus up to 300 PLN gross/month after 3 months;
- multi-machine allowance of 300 PLN gross/month;
- travel reimbursement – 11 PLN per kilometre (based on Google Maps), up to 440 PLN gross/month;
- meal subsidy – 6 PLN per working day.
Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule
Flexible working hours — shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours, no mandatory overtime.

Świebodzice (Poland)
Świebodzice is a city in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, within Świdnica County. From 1975 to 1998, the city was administratively part of the Wałbrzych Voivodeship. It borders Wałbrzych directly to the south.
