A company specializing in embroidery, digital printing, and screen printing is looking for Embroidery and Printing Machine Operators for its printing facility in Wrocław.

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• maintaining modern embroidery machines and digital printers;
• monitoring the production process;
• ensuring compliance with required production parameters;
• checking products during the production process according to production documentation;
• maintaining cleanliness at the workstation.

Requirements

• no experience required – training provided on-site;
• willingness to do manual work;
• responsibility and willingness to work.

Salary

Hourly rate: 26.65 PLN net, monthly 4470 – 4790 PLN net.

For students under 26: 33.05 PLN net/hour, monthly 5550 – 5950 PLN net.

Attendance bonus: 350 PLN gross for 100% attendance.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

A 2- or 3-shift system, depending on the department.

DTG

• 1st shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
• 2nd shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM; this shift starts on Sunday night at 10:00 PM and runs through Monday at 6:00 AM, then Tuesday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Third shift: Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM

EMB

• First shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Second shift: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

ON DEMAND

• Shift 1: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Shift 2: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

30-minute break, but it can be split according to your needs in consultation with the team leader. 168–180 hours per month.

Documents and Legalisation

Workwear and medical examination

• Workwear (shirt + footwear) provided by the employer. Trousers or shorts, depending on the season, provided by the employee.

• moderate temperature inside the facility;
• the temperature in the workplace is moderate;
• there are also coffee and snack vending machines;
• there is also a smoking room on the premises; a catering service arrives daily at 10:00 am, where staff can buy a hot meal.
