A Dutch company specializing in greenhouse cultivation of gerbera flowers is looking for workers for harvesting.
Job Description
- identification and selection of flowers ready for cutting (color, size, no damage);
- cutting stems with sharp tools (knives or scissors) at the correct angle;
- removing lower leaves, damaged parts, and sorting flowers according to quality.
Requirements
- experience in working with cut flowers or greenhouse plants is welcome;
- precision, speed, and attention to hygiene during cutting;
- willingness to perform physical work in a humid environment;
- category B driving licence;
- ability to recognize colors.
Salary
Hourly rate: 17.55€ gross (basic rate 14.71€ + 2.84€ supplement).
Monthly earnings: 2660 – 3150€ gross.
+ paid overtime
Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule
Work from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 16:00 and on Saturdays from 7:00 to 11:00.
Accommodation and transport
Accommodation in a furnished apartment is provided. Cost: 530€ per month.
Transport to work by bicycle.
Documents and Legalisation
- Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
- Free preparation of employment documents.
Additional information
- own safety shoes are required.
