Warehouse job in Warsaw, Poland, as a warehouse maintenance worker: cleaning warehouse areas in three temperature zones. A global provider of comprehensive logistics services with 4 branches in Poland is hiring for its Warsaw.

Job Description

• cleaning warehouse areas;
• cleaning the ambient warehouse (+20 °C);
• cleaning the cold store (+7 °C);
• cleaning the freezer (−18 °C).

Working conditions

• work in a large company in a friendly atmosphere;
• work in three temperature zones: +20 °C, +7 °C and −18 °C.

Requirements

• honesty, diligence, accuracy and independence;
• availability and willingness to work;
• readiness to work in a 2-shift system;
• readiness to work in three temperature zones (+20 °C, +7 °C and −18 °C);
• warehouse experience is an advantage but not required – we will teach you everything, including how to use a scanner.

Work schedule

Mon–Fri, 2 shifts (6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00), 8 hours per day, plus 1–2 Saturdays per month (6:00–14:00), 3 breaks per shift: 2 breaks of 10 minutes and 1 lunch break of 20 minutes; 168–200 hours per month.

Salary

Hourly rate in the first month: 26,65 PLN net, monthly 4477 – 5330 PLN net.

Hourly rate from the second month: 27,46 PLN net, monthly 4613 – 5492 PLN net.

For students under 26: hourly rate in the first month 33 PLN (gross = net), monthly 5544 – 6600 PLN; from the second month 34 PLN (gross = net), monthly 5712 – 6800 PLN.

Rate for students under 26 enrolled in the studiujepracuje.pl program: in the first month 36 PLN/hour, 6048 – 7200 PLN/month; from the second month 37 PLN/hour, 6216 – 7400 PLN/month.

Bonus of up to 400 PLN gross already in the second month of work.

From September to December 2026 – an additional attendance bonus of 200 PLN gross (approx. 144 PLN net). The bonus is granted for a fully worked month; an unexcused absence (even for one day) or sick leave means no bonus for that month, while a planned absence agreed in advance with the shift manager and included in the schedule does not affect the bonus.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Workwear and medical examinations

• valid sanitary and epidemiological health book (if you don't have one, we will help you get it);
• Safety workwear (BHP) is provided by the employer.
