A company specializing in greenhouse cucumber cultivation is looking for employees to work in the Netherlands.
Job Description
- tying and caring for plants;
- pollinating cucumber flowers;
- harvesting cucumbers;
- maintaining cleanliness at the workplace;
- packing cucumbers;
- other tasks related to cucumber cultivation and plant care.
Requirements
- motivation to work;
- willingness to work for a longer period;
- ability to work in a team;
- experience in harvesting and basic knowledge of Polish are welcome.
Salary
Hourly rate: 17.88 € gross (base rate 14.99 € + allowance 2.89 €).
Monthly earnings: 2860 – 3220€ gross.
Overtime paid as follows:
- 40–45 hours – 135%
- Above 45 hours – 150%
Public holidays – 100% bonus (200% total pay)
Salary is paid in a single payment.
Employee Referral Bonus – 200€*
Work schedule
Work from Monday to Saturday. Working hours depending on the season: from 7:00 to 16:00/17:00.
Accommodation
Accommodation provided in a fully equipped apartment. Cost: 530€ per month.
Transport by car or bicycle.
An employee who commutes to work in their own car and also transports other employees receives a €200 accommodation discount and a mileage allowance of €0.25 per kilometer.
An employee who commutes to work in a company car and also transports other employees receives a €50 accommodation discount.
Documents and Legalisation
- Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
- Free preparation of employment documents.
Additional information
- own protective footwear (steel-toe shoes) required.
Employee Referral Bonus
